Election Writs Issued – Statement by St. Kitts-Nevis Prime Minister

Presenting a statement by the Right Honourable Dr. Denzil L. Douglas, Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, following discharge of an injunction by the High Court, confirming that the Boundaries Report was laid, resolution passed, proclamation read into the records of the Parliament, proclamation signed, Parliament dissolved. PM Douglas said in his statement that the Governor General has issued writs to have Elections with the dates of Nomination and Election Days. Douglas said that he would reveal those dates at a Labour Party rally this evening in Buckley’s West Basseterre.
